Prison Break Ability Test is an online game based on The Promised Neverland that was released exclusively on The Promised Neverland's official Japanese website in 2017. The goal of the game is to outrun Sister Krone in a game of tag.
Prison Break Ability Test is currently only officially available in Japan and in Japanese. It has yet to be released internationally or in any other language.

After clicking on the game in desktop mode, players are redirected to a message from Krone saying the game is only playable on smartphones along with a QR code to open the game on your phone. The game starts with slightly animated panels from the manga explaining the story of the series. The actual game is a running game in which the player must run away from Krone and dodge obstacles by swiping the screen and make it to the finish line. After completing the game, players are told their goal time and national ranking as well as given a letter grade and a message from Krone. Players are also graded on their physical strength, muscle strength, head and torso strength, spirit and running power.
After completing the game, players are given the option to share the game on Facebook, Twitter or Line. If they choose the share the game, they are rewarded with access to the second Official Site Hidden Comic, in which ten-year-old Krone and her siblings send a lantern into the sky with an attached note asking what the outside world is like.
