Minerva Confidential Report Volume 2 (ミネルヴァ機密報告書 2巻, Mineruvu~a kimitsu hōkoku-sho 2-kan), also referred to as "Minerva Confidential Communication code Volume 2" and "Minerva Confidential Report code.Animation Volume 2", is the second in a series of three special booklets which were packaged with each of the three official Season 1 Blu-ray & DVDs. Volume 2 includes concept and production art for backgrounds from the The Promised Neverland anime series as well as exclusive interviews with scriptwriter Toshiya Ono, composer Takahiro Obata, the Japanese voices of Emma, Ray, and Norman, the Japanese voice of Isabella, an exclusive Q&A with the Japanese voices of Krone, Don, Gilda and Phil and an excerpt from the light novel chapter "Ray and Conny" written by Nanao (七緒).
Each booklet in the series includes a different type of art. Volume 1 includes art of the characters, Volume 2 includes background art and Volume 3 includes art of the characters and props. Every volume includes key animations, interviews, credits and an excerpt from a light novel chapter.
Volume 1 is 80 pages and was packaged with Season 1 Blu-ray & DVD Volume 1, Volume 2 is 92 pages and was packaged with Season 1 Blu-ray & DVD Volume 2 and Volume 3 is 80 pages and was packaged with Season 1 Blu-ray & DVD Volume 3, making the series 252 pages in total.

English release[]
The English release of the booklet is essentially all three booklets combined into one, but is much shorter than the Japanese releases being only 112 pages in total. The "Key Animations" chapters are largely cut out from the English release and the "Credits" chapters are much shorter. The English release also completely lacks the light novel chapter excerpts as well as the exclusive interviews with anime scriptwriter Toshiya Ono, composer Takahiro Obata, character design/chief animation director Kazuaki Shimada, manga author Kaiu Shirai and illustrator Posuka Demizu, the Japanese voice of Isabella and the exclusive Q&A with the Japanese voices of Krone, Don, Gilda and Phil. Although it contains the interviews with director Mamoru Kanbe and the Japanese voices of Emma, Ray, and Norman, they are much shorter in the English release. The English release also contains interviews with the English voices of Emma, Ray and Norman which were not included in the Japanese release.[1]
