Plot[]
Seven Walls Arc[]
As Emma and Ray begin to traverse the Seven Walls to access Day and Night, they come across a perfect replica of Grace Field House. Upon entering, Ray finds Isabella taking a walk with many of their deceased siblings who had been shipped out in the past. Isabella welcomes Ray and comments that he has grown so much since she last saw him. Conny, Hao and Sadie then run up to Ray and began chanting "Let's play." Isabella calls out for more children to come and play. Soon, many more kids, including Marcus and Susan, started coming in from different doors chanting the same thing: "Let's play." Quickly after that, Isabella and the children's eyes began seeping a black ooze as their skin and flesh disappears, leaving nothing but their skeletons and revealing them to be nothing more than an illusion created by . The skeletons of Isabella and their dead siblings then began to chase Ray around the house while chanting in really creepy voices.[6]
Imperial Capital Battle Arc[]
When Queen Legravalima ate all the dead demons around her surroundings, garnering a new form consisting of faces of all the demons she ate, as well as Krone and all the orphans from the Premium Farms they had consumed in the past. Marcus' face was seen among them, confirming that the boy had indeed died and was eaten by one of the high-ranking demons in the Royal Capital.[3]

Emma, Norman and Ray[]
Being two years older than Norman, Emma and Ray, Marcus acted as the three's older brother figure and helped them and cared for them on numerous occasions. Emma has a deep regard for Marcus, as he is a part of her "family". Upon learning that all of their sibling that had been shipped out were dead, Emma and Norman cry and are grief stricken. Although, Ray had learned to mask his emotions over the years, he still deeply cared for his siblings and was sad whenever someone was shipped out. Ray described all of his siblings that had been shipped out as "good kids" who were "so kind and carefree."
Susan, Michelle, Olivia and Robert[]
Due to being the same age and having grown up together, Marcus got along well with Susan, Michelle, Olivia and Robert and they all appeared to be close friends.
Isabella[]
Marcus did not know the real intentions of his caretaker and therefore it is assumed that he loved her very much, up until his death.
