Lucy (ルーシー, Rūshī) is minor a character of The Promised Neverland manga series. She is a fourteen-year-old orphan from the Grand Valley orphanage who was later transferred to Goldy Pond to become prey for the Poachers to hunt.
History[]
Lucy was a girl born in 2033 and raised at Grand Valley Orphanage, growing up alongside several other children. At some point, she was shipped out to Goldy Pond to become prey for the Poachers to hunt. After Emma and the Goldy Pond Resistance defeated the Poachers and destroyed Goldy Pond, Lucy and 45 other children from Goldy Pond moved into Shelter B06-32 where they lived happily together for over a year. After the Shelter was destroyed, Lucy and the rest of the surviving escapees went to live at The Paradise Hideout. Lucy succeeded in making it to the Human World with the rest of the surviving escapees and was sad when Emma went missing. Her name is revealed in an extra page found in Volume 20.

She had straight shoulder length light hair. Her bangs are parted down the middle with two black barrettes on the right side. Her Grand Valley identification number is tattooed across her upper chest. She wore a plain white long sleeved button-up shirt and black pants along with brown boots.

Human World Arc[]
Upon arriving in the Human World, Lucy is seen to be visibly worried and shocked about Emma's disappearance. Lucy, along with the other children, agrees to search for Emma so they can reunite with her again.[1] Over the next two years spent in the Human World, Lucy began attending school. During spring 2049, she finally reunites with Emma again and cries tears of joy, even though she lost her memories.[2]
