The Goldy Pond Battle Arc (ゴールディ・ポンド戦い 編, Gōrudi Pondo Tatakai-hen?) is the fifth story arc in The Promised Neverland series.
Emma succeeds with her mission to find out about the mysterious Minerva. While she learns more about Goldy Pond and the horrors that reside within, Emma is suddenly forced into a fight about life and death against a species of demons called the "Poachers", along with the members of the Goldy Pond Resistance.
Summary[]
Emma finally finds out the truth about William Minerva thanks to the help of Lucas and the Goldy Pond Resistance members. Emma, having seen how much the children have suffered due to Poachers' hunt, promises to destroy Goldy Pond and liberate the children within. As she hopes to plan to coordinate a fighting strategy along with the Goldy Pond Resistance members, in hopes of defeating the demons until the music starts playing again, the demons suddenly appear just after one day.
With no time to plan for the future, the children do their best to improvise the situation they have been put in. Ray and Mister soon join their fight and the humans at Goldy Pond plan to kill all the demons by breaking their masks and then shooting their heads. With the use of ambushes, electricity, and the super pistol, the children defeat Leuvis and his minions. Afterward, they blow up the place and leave with 50 extra kids who were also being hunted.
After returning to the shelter, the children plan for future events, including finding Cuvitidala and the Seven Walls.
