Plot[]
Following the events of the previous chapter, Emma and Norman play naive and ask Mama Isabella what was going on, while Ray, Don and Gilda run desperate to get to them. In thought, the two wonder what's going on, Norman thinks about what Mama's purpose is being there and thinks she's about to send them all. Isabella says that for 10 long years that they've lived together it would be the first time they've talked without acting and that they don't have to act like good kids, changing Emma and Norman's cheerful expressions, so she says it's a pleasure to meet. them. Surprised, she laughs at their reaction and says they don't need to be tense as it was just her, mentioning that her reaction at the time was just that of a farmer with his animals.
Then Isabella asks not to misunderstand her, stating that she loves them as if they were her children, so she will make them give up on resisting. She says that she loves them so much that she doesn't want them to suffer, remembering that they had a good life with love and affection, without hunger and cold, and will die satisfied, asking what else they wanted. Emma remembers Conny and gets nervous. She claims that there is no way for them to escape and that it's dangerous out there, she stretches out her hand and tells them to live happily together until the last day. In thought and reading their reactions, the two discover that she wanted to send them, but still wanted to control them. They realize that the situation has changed, as it is the first time Isabella has acted directly and may be their only chance to complete the investigation. Emma thinks that if they try to force their way, Isabella will send them out immediately, asking if the only chance was the forced plan, a suicidal move, being her only chance. Norman realizes that Mama would not send them for a mere investigation, as they are premature quality products. Seeing that they would not send them, he claims he will live together with his brothers.
Norman says he understands Isabella and claims they won't be good kids anymore. Emma advances on Isabella so Norman can escape, trying to steal her radar for him to run away successfully. However, Isabella smiles at her, knocks her to the ground and breaks her leg, catching Norman's attention. Emma cries out in pain. Isabella hugs her and says that everything will be fine and that it doesn't hurt, she approaches her and says that's why she should give up and mockingly says it's good to hug her like this again. She bandages Emma's leg and congratulates Norman for seeing through the situation, it's her job to hold them back, citing how important they were. She claims to have a special offer for the highest quality product she's ever created, so she'll do whatever it takes to protect them. She says that if Norman didn't listen to him, he would do the same thing he did to Emma, saying that she won't be able to move for a while. She claims that things will normally happen tomorrow and asks Emma to celebrate,

Trivia[]
- Sugita remembers being surprised at Norman’s quote “I’ll stop being a good boy.” Shirai did not discuss it in their meeting, but put it on the storyboard. Mom had been lying, and so was Norman-that type of contrast was expressed which Sugita liked.[1]
- Shirai jokingly says that Mom’s “Nice to meet you” scene subconsciously reminds him of Shinobu Sensui from Yu Yu Hakusho.[1]
