Chapter 146

The Imperial Capital Battle (王都決戦, Ōto Kessen^?) is the one-hundred-forty-sixth chapter of The Promised Neverland manga.

Synopsis[]

As Norman and his group detonate a bomb in the capital, Geelan infiltrates the Royals' residence; determined to carry about his revenge plan that he has wished for years.

Plot[]

Norman—under the alias of William Minerva—has opened the demon capital to not unleash humans against the demons but instead other demons. Geelan—who we met a dozen or so chapters ago—has returned to seek revenge on his demon brothers/sisters who threw his family out of the capital. Now with revenge being so close, Geelan and his family have begun their assault! Those in the capital are even more shocked when Geelan shows that he’s been prepared for this day for nearly 700 years by having his family in disguise waiting. While it seems Geelan has the upper hand, the queen makes a bold statement at the very last panel insisting she’s unfazed by this turn of events!
