I've Decided (決めた, Kimeta?) is the one-hundred-twenty-eighth chapter of The Promised Neverland manga.
Synopsis[]
Norman allows Emma and Ray to go to the Seven Walls before the Royals and Regents kill each other. He tells them that he won't stop his plan or wait for them.
Plot[]
After Emma says that she doesn't want to live in a future where her survival depends on killing and friend, Norman finally listens to their plan.
Emma said that they'll use the noble's blood to make more demons live without humans. While they do that, Emma and Ray will cross the Seven Walls and seal a new promise with 
and make a pathway to escape to the human world.
Norman tells Emma that it's a pipe dream, but for the sake of argument, they cross to the human world and so on. He also mentions the Seven Walls, which is a big unknown.
Emma tells him that they found how to reach the Seven Walls a year and a half ago which shocks Norman. She also tells them that they gathered all the resources and can go any time.
Ray informs him that most of those who went there never came back. Even though they know how to get in, they do not know how to get out.
Norman was shocked by this and says that it's too dangerous. Emma compared going to the Seven Walls and Norman's burden that it's not much.
She then hugged him and tell him that he doesn't have to become a god.
Norman says that if she wants to stop the extermination, they have to be back before he puts the Royals and Regents to death. He will not promise to stop anything. If they come back, then they can talk and reconsider their status.
Emma and Ray leaves Norman's room determine to find another way and carry some of Norman's burdens.
