The Camera Owls are robotic owls owned and used by Norman. They were initially used to track the Grace Field Escapees' locations before their reunion with him, however, one of his owl was shot down by Ray, who recognized that they were cameras, but believed they were operated by the Ratri Clan. These owls are frequently seen around Norman and his accomplices.
