- Not to be confused with Instant Judgement Ability Test.
Brain Value IQ Test is an online game based on The Promised Neverland that was released exclusively on The Promised Neverland's official Japanese website in 2017. The game is a replica of the Grace Field Test that the orphans of Grace Field House are required to take everyday.
Brain Value IQ Test is currently only officially available in Japan and in Japanese. It has yet to be released internationally or in any other language.
About[]
The game starts with slightly animated panels from the manga explaining the story of the series. The actual game is an IQ test very similar to the Grace Field test. The test is labeled "Type 1" and the age is listed as "Unknown". There are fifteen question in total, all of which are multiple choice. Players get twenty seconds to answer each question. After completing the test, players are given a score out of 300 as well as a letter grade and a message from Isabella. Players are also graded on their imagination, concentration, calculation ability, insight and logic ability.
After completing the game, players are given the option to share the game on Facebook, Twitter or Line. If they choose the share the game, they are rewarded with access to the first Official Site Hidden Comic, in which Isabella reveals the origins of Emma, Ray, Norman, Lannion and Thoma's names.
Players who receive a perfect score are given exclusive access to the third Official Site Hidden Comic, in which William Minerva gives a special secret message to the orphans.
Inconsistencies with the manga[]
- In the manga, the test is 120 questions, but in the game, it is only 15 questions.
- In the manga, the the orphans are given ten seconds to answer each question, but in the game, players get twenty seconds.
- In the manga, there are two types of questions for each age group, but in the game, there is only one.
- In the game, players are told when they answer a question correctly or incorrectly and they are told their final score at the end, but in the manga, the children are not told whether their answer to each individual question is wrong or right and they are usually not told their overall score unless they get a perfect score.
