Black-haired girl is a placeholder name for an girl who formerly resided at Grace Field House. She is one of the minor character of The Promised Neverland. She was an orphan who formerly resided at Grace Field House Plant 3 as one of the many foster children of Isabella until she was shipped out. Due to her age, she was considered to be one of the house's "good quality goods".[1] She appears in the special chapter, The First Shot.[2]
History[]
She was born at Grace Field in 2034 and sent to Plantation 3 a year later in 2035, growing up along with several other children under the parental care of Isabella. She was the same age as Emma, Ray, and Norman and was shipped out in 2043, at the age of nine.
Appearance[]
She had long straight shoulder-length black hair. She wore the standard Grace Field uniform- a plain white long sleeved button-up shirt and a white skirt along with brown boots. Her identification number, "54194", is tattooed across the left side of her neck.
Personality[]
Not many things are said about her. Like all of her siblings, she enjoyed playing tag and hide-and-seek. Despite living to the age of nine, she did not have good test scores and scored an average of 120 on her daily tests.
Relationships[]
Emma, Norman and Ray[]
Emma has a deep regard for her, as she is a part of her "family". Upon learning that all of their sibling that had been shipped out were dead, Emma and Norman cry and are grief stricken. Although, Ray had learned to mask his emotions over the years, he still deeply cared for his siblings and was sad whenever someone was shipped out. Ray described all of his siblings that had been shipped out as "good kids" who were "so kind and carefree."
Isabella[]
She did not know the real intentions of her caretaker and therefore it is assumed that she loved her very much, up until her death.
