Bayon II (バイヨン, Baiyon?) is a character of The Promised Neverland, and a minor antagonist of the Cuvitidala Arc. He was the son of the deceased owner of Goldy Pond, Bayon, and one of the heads of the Five Regent Families.
Appearance[]
Bayon II is a very tall humanoid demon with gray skin and long flowing black hair. He wore gray sandals with white and gray robes, a white waistcoat with gold chains attached, and a long gray cape. Bayon II wore a unique demon mask consisting of four eyes holes - two vertically placed and two horizontally placed. However, his eyes only see through the vertically placed eye holes. There is nothing behind the horizontally placed eyes holes except pure blackness giving his mask a menacing appearance. His mask also contains two long, straight, and thin horns coming out of the top which almost appear to be braided.
Personality[]
Although the majority of the royalties and heads of the five regent families care more about their money and for their control over the world than the demon civilians, only Lord Bayon was an exception. Bayon was also shown to be concerned about the common folk, and therefore used to admire the former Lord Geelan.[citation needed]
History[]
Bayon II was born into demon nobility and was appointed as one of the Five Regent Family heads after his father stepped down from the position.

On November 2047, in the Imperial City, Bayon II stood in line with Pupo, Yverk, Noum and Dozza as they wait for the arrival of their queen Legravalima. Bayon II reprimanded Dozza and told him to stand up. Dozza did not listen and instead reciprocated his rebuke. Pupo interjected the two's interaction and commented on how Bayon is as rigid as his father. The topic of conversation soon switched to a discussion on how Luce, Nouma, Nous, Bayon and Leuvis, had disappeared one and a half years ago. Dozza asked Bayon II on his opinion on this subject, to which the latter replied by asking what are his implications. Not long after, Legravalima entered the room where Bayon II and the rest stood as all of them bowed down to her.[1]
Legravalima brought up the topic of the recent rise of the Factory Farms's theft rate. Bayon II shared his view and opinions on the topic, and commented on how Lambda and other related farms had also been raided and destroyed, and actions should be done to cease the theft rate.[2]
Imperial Capital Battle Arc[]
Bayon II was later killed by Geelan after the latter infiltrated the Royal Capital to get revenge.[3]

Bayon II greatly admired the former Lord Geelan, who was a selfless demon who cared about his underlings. However, Bayon II's admiration for the former Lord Geelan faltered once the latter invaded the Tifari and revealed that he and his followers had consumed the royal families in order to ambush the heads.[citation needed]
